2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:our factory is located in Sanxi Industrial Area,Ouhai District,Wenzhou City,Zhejiang Province,China,about 1 hour Airplane from Shanghai.All our clients,from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
3.Q:How can I get some samples?
A: 1 pcs sample for free. If you need more samples please pay the cost, but we will return the samples cost to you when you formal order.
4.Q: What is the delivery date of the samples?
A: about 5 ~ 10 days. Because some kind of the heating elements need to prepare the material.
5.Q:Are your products customized?
A:Yes,the products in the website are only the common type or the previous types from other customers,we can supply the new products according to your requirements or drawings.
6.Q:Which items you are inspection?
